Please note: due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on all mask products.

How to make a return

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase from Nicholas Jermyn. If something isn’t right, we will gladly exchange, refund or remake the product at no extra cost to you.

We’ve designed our returns process to be as simple as possible for you. Here’s how it works.

  1. You tell us within 30 days of purchase what you would like to return and why.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid courier label so you can return the item at no cost.

  3. Send us the item/s back for an exchange or a refund – whatever you prefer.


Terms and conditions

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Should the tags or packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition we may decline the return.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.

If you return a FINAL SALE item to us for a refund, exchange or store credit we will be unable to process it and will have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.

While custom products can be returned for refunds or store credit, complimentary alterations or a remake is often more helpful. This gives you the chance to fine-tune your custom size for a better fit, or switch a fabric or design detail. 

If your item is faulty please return it to us for investigation and we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
