Delivery and Payment
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
All orders are subject to stock availability and where possible will be dispatched within three working days. Some delays may be incurred when product is no longer available or requires alterations.
Can my shirt order be delivered overseas?
We deliver to most countries via Express International Courier. There are a few countries that we will not be able to ship to. If you are concerned about shipping to your destination, please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB.
I have a promotion code. Where do I enter this?
Enter your promotion code at checkout after you have confirmed your delivery details. Pricing will be recalculated once the code is entered.
Products and Ordering
What happens if some of my ordered items are out of stock?
You will be notified if any ordered items are out of stock. You can choose to select a replacement item or request a full refund.
What do I do if I want to return any of my shirts or other items?
Our 30-day Customer Guarantee means that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange it to the same value. Items will be replaced only after the goods are returned in original condition. See our Returns page for more details.
How can I search for a certain type of product?
Use the product search function at the top left-hand side of this web page. You can also use our product filter function at the top of any product category page to select the size, cuff, colour and pattern.

Do you offer a sleeve shortening service?
Yes we offer this service on all full-priced shirts for $30.00 per shirt. Please add this request to the notes section of your My Cart page, or email email@example.com with your order number.
