Delivery and Payment How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?All orders are subject to stock availability and where possible will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Can my shirt order be delivered overseas?Yes, we deliver using standard Air Mail worldwide.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express or JCB.
I have a promotion code, where do I enter this?You enter your promotion code at checkout and pricing will be recalculated when you checkout.
Products and Ordering
What happens if some shirts or other items I order are out of stock?You will be notified if any shirts or other items are out of stock and the missing item will either be put on backorder or a replacement item can be chosen.
What do I do if I want to return any of my shirts or other items?Our 30 day Customer Guarantee means that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund. Items will be replaced only after the original goods are returned.
How can I search for a certain type of product?By using our product search function which can be found below at the top right hand side of the web page. You can also use our product filter function on the bottom left of any product category page this allows you to filter by your particular size or specific colours and patterns that you like.
How do I know what shirt size to order?Please refer to our Shirts Style Guides.
Can I have my shirts’ sleeves shortened?You can request shirt sleeve shortening at a charge of $17 per shirt. We can shorten sleeves up to 5cm for online orders. All you need to do is to select the amount you want taken off the shirt sleeves using the dropdown box for each shirt.
Please ensure that the shirt sleeve measurements are accurate as we cannot accept exchanges on altered items.
